I can't find what I'm looking for! Can you order it in for me?

We will do our best! Certain items like grooming blades we don't have our full stock listed on our website, but give us a call or send an email and we will check with our stock and suppliers to see what we can do for you!

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we are only shipping within Canada. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

We ship most of our orders through Canada Post. If you have a heavy/large package, it may be shipped UPS, Canpar, Fedex, etc.

How long does it take for you to process my order?

Usually same-day pickup orders are processed within the day. Orders that are being shipped out will be sent in 1-3 business days.

What are your accepted forms of payment?

We accept Cash, Debit, Mastercard and Visa. Payment for rendered services (such as grooms or nail cutting) are Cash or Debit only.  

What do I bring to the dog wash?

A towel to dry your dog will help make the drying process quicker.

Do you carry cowboy boots?

We do carry a nice selection of men’s, ladies’ and children’s cowboy boots. The boots we carry are Canada West, Ariat, Durango and Old West. We have in stock steel toe cowboy work boots, sizes and styles will vary. Our store front also has a wonderful selection of western apparel such as jackets, shirts, hats, belts and jeans. You will pretty much find anything western related here, including cards, gifts and toys.

Do you sell animals? 

We do not sell any pets in our store. However, we do provide our local farmers the opportunity to purchase live birds in the spring. Birds are pre-ordered and require immediate pick up upon arrival. See our farming and chickens tab for additional information.

I didn’t find what I was looking for, can you help?

We will do our best to help you find what you are looking for. We may not carry everything in stock because the selection available is endless but we will gladly help you find your item, order it in for pick-up at our store front location or have it shipped directly to your address. Please contact store for assistance.

How much for a dog groom?

Prices will vary based on the time required, breed/size of dog and desired services. Accurate quotes will be determined on an individual basis. Our start rate is $65.

Do you groom cats?

We have a groomer that is able to take in selective cats for grooming. Because the nature of what is involved when grooming cats, the price starts at $80.

Does Little Bit Western offer same day or walk-in dog grooms?

Our schedule is booked weeks ahead of time therefore we are unable to accommodate walk-in grooms. We are, however, able to do nail trims on a “walk-in” basis. We advise to call before showing up as to not be disappointed by an unavailable groomer. We also have the self-serve doggie wash which is available on a walk-in basis and is always open during our regular work hours.
