Pick-up and Drop-off Times:

Staff are working all day caring for many dogs, tending to dogs needs and keeping the facility clean. In order to be available to our clients upon check-in, we will confirm a time upon booking for pick-up and drop-off so that you can be serviced as quickly as possible.

 *No dropoff or pickup on Stat Holidays unless there has been an emergency or this has been pre-approved (We can make accommodations upon request).

We required 24 hours notice when cancelling a daycare space. A $25.00 fee for each kennel reserved applies to no shows or last minute cancellations without proper notice.

A $12.00 fee applies to late pickups or drop-offs.
